Terms and Conditions

Making A Booking:
Contact us to check availability of dates and apartment. We require a deposit of 30% to secure booking (non refundable). Balance of payment to be paid six weeks prior to arrival date.

Arrivals and Departures:
Your apartment will be ready for you by 2.30pm on arrival day and the property must be vacated by 10.00am on departure day.

Cleaning:
We offer a free of charge cleaning service for bookings over seven days.

Pets / Smoking:
Sorry - no pets or smoking allowed on premises.

Vehicles / Personal Property:
Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at your own risk.

Specific Requirements:
If you have any specific requirements such as a baby cot for example, please let us know well in advance so that we can meet your requirements from the moment you arrive.

Tariff:
Prices cover the apartment rental, fresh linen, towels, all utility bills, parking, wi-fi broadband etc.

On Arrival:
Someone will meet you on arrival at your apartment to show you around, hand over your keys, and answer any questions you may have.
