For many years, Orkney has been the destination for the
discerning traveller who is looking for peace and quiet, heritage, the arts
and above all, that sense of quality and security which is not found anywhere
else in Britain. This feeling of freedom can only truly be achieved in a
self catering establishment where you can
come and go as you please, yet still be close to Orkney’s past. Sebay
Mill once was responsible for
grinding all the grain for the community, but over a period of time it was
left to ruin. After three years of
careful restoration, the mill is now fully restored, creating six luxury
self-catering apartments, so visitors
can enjoy the best of Orkney from their luxury base looking out towards the
Bay of Suckquoy.
